my friends and I love the restaurant Pipa.
It's fantastic tapas with GREAT food and even GREATER drinks.
My favorite part are all of the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling......which has gotten me on a chandelier Frenzy. i want them ALL OVER MY APT.
