This light wispy floral blouse from Anthropologie puts an instant smile on my face.

I would wear with white skinny jeans, or even a pair of khaki shorts when the weather gets warmer.

It's super pretty but also looks extremely comfortable and light weight.

Also, I think it would be a great piece to travel in!
